PCI can bring your concepts to life. We can develop formulations and samples from a detailed brief, or work from an existing formulations or ingredients list. Developed formulations remain the property of PCI unless purchased from us.

PCI has experience in all types of cosmetics from- day creams, night creams, anti-wrinkle creams, exfoliators, masks, scrubs, body lotions, sun care etc. As customers you will benefit from our advanced and intelligent actives to ensure the best results for you and your customer.

Our products conform to strict ingredient policies and are manufactured to the highest standards. We offer the option to supply partly or completely natural ingredients or even organic. We do not use any animal bi-products.

Full testing facilities are available to meet the latest European Cosmetics Regulations:

• Stability Testing
• Challenge testing
• Health and Safety Assessment
• Open Jar Symbol
• Full Ingredient listings and PIP pack is given at end of testing
• PCI will give full advice on which tests are required for which product
